Telephone support

Our support staff will be glad to help you. During office hours, you can contact our helpdesk with any questions you may have about Logic Vision solutions. Wherever possible, your questions will be dealt with immediately by phone. If necessary, you can also allow our staff to remotely view and access your computer.
If second-line support is required, then the second-line support staff will answer your question as quickly and efficiently as possible.

No work will be carried out during weekends and on national holidays, except in exceptional circumstances.

Knowledge transfer
To ensure that our responses to your requests for help contribute to raising the level of knowledge about the application within your organization, we ask you identify 2 or 3 key users. Acting as a main point of contact with our helpdesk, these key-users will gradually be able to answer frequently asked questions from your end-users themselves. This will also boost acceptance of the system.
All helpdesk calls are recorded at Logic Vision. The knowledge base that we have built up over the years enables us to respond to your questions quickly and effectively.
