Dynamics NAV makes this possible with, for example, its ‘as-built’ information and purchase history. You can see per boat what activities you have carried out, what materials you have used and what components you have installed. Furthermore, you can easily add serial numbers and certificates to this overview of components. When a customer calls you, you can look up the right information very easily, on the basis of suppliers, parts, or projects, for example. Are spare parts no longer available? You can search in the system for alternatives and create a product catalog in a flash. This means that you are always able to support your customers.

As well as the above, Dynamics NAV records the complete life cycle of each boat. You know exactly when periodic maintenance needs to take place and which activities have already been carried out. Thanks to a link to resource planning, you can send out a technician quickly. This technician will subsequently record his actions in the log. You can add manuals and other documents per boat or part thereof. The result: all your information in one place, setting a new standard for service and maintenance.
